Personal Website Purchases:

• Digital Books (eBooks & PDFs): Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once the book has been downloaded or accessed.

• Physical Books: If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly offer a replacement or a refund upon proof of damage (photos required).

• Returns: To be eligible for a refund, the book must be unused and returned in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
